     Personal medical items can be returned within 7 days, unused, in original. unopened package with the receipt. Special order items are not eligiblle for return. Equipment returns are accepted within 7 days will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and will only be accepted when unused and accompanied by a receipt. Returns on compression stockings will be isseud in the form of store credit only. 

     All refunds will be issued inthe same form of original payment. Cash refunds over $50.00 and check refunds will be issued in the form of company check and require ten buisness days to process.

Most travel, folding and standard power wheelchairs leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Custom chairs with non-standard seat sizes or other custom options can take from 1-2 weeks to arrive, depending on the manufacturer. Travel power wheelchairs and folding power wheelchairs are delivered via UPS or Fedex, and do not require a signature. Full-size power wheelchairs are delivered via freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you to arrange a specific delivery time once the lift chair is at their facility in your area.
